The Nanyang-style coffee at Lam Yeo is a special recipe that has been passed down from generation to generation. The beans were sourced from various parts of Indonesia as it suits out Singaporean taste buds according to third generation owner, Mr Tan Peck Hoe otherwise known as Benny. These beans were then roasted off-site with ingredients like maize and sugar before being sold here.
