Food picks: Mediterranean at Aquamarine


The halal buffet at AquaMarine this month focuses on dishes from countries surrounding the Mediterranean Sea.

They range from Squid Ink Paella from Spain and Zuppa Di Pesce from Italy to Stewed Dukkah Spiced Beef Short Ribs from the North African region.

On the dessert spread are sweets such as Baklava, a pastry made with layers of filo pastry layered with chopped nuts and honey
